Reverse Mortgage Loans
A reverse mortgage is a special type of home loan that lets you convert a portion of the equity in your home into cash. The equity that built up over years of home mortgage payments can be paid to you. But unlike a traditional home equity loan or second mortgage, no repayment is required until the borrower(s) no longer use the home as their principal residence or fail to meet the obligations of the mortgage. You can also use a HECM to purchase a primary residence if you are able to use cash on hand to pay the difference between the HECM proceeds and the sales price plus closing costs for the property you are purchasing.
Home Refinance Loans
Getting a new mortgage to replace the original is called refinancing. Refinancing is done to allow a borrower to obtain a better interest term and rate. The first loan is paid off, allowing the second loan to be created, instead of simply making a new mortgage and throwing out the original mortgage.
FHA mortgage loans are issued by federally qualified lenders certified by the U.S. Federal Housing Authority, a division of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Generally easier to qualify for than conventional loans.
Lower down payment requirements.
Cannot exceed statutory loan limits.
Jumbo Home Loans
Jumbo Loans exceed the maximum loan amounts established by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac conventional loan limits. Rates on jumbo loans are typically higher than conforming loans. Jumbo Loans are typically used to buy more expensive homes and high-end custom construction homes.
Cash Out Home Loans
A cash-out refinance is a mortgage refinancing option in which the new mortgage is for a larger amount than the existing loan in order to convert home equity into cash.
Home Purchase Loans
Offers steady monthly payments over a 15 or 30 year term, more affordable payments as compared to mortgages with shorter terms.
